About Us

Peter Domican is the founder of One Tree Less and the lead for any engagements with One Tree Less. During his career, Peter has experienced change from many different perspectives being at the receiving end of change programmes, as a manager making change and as an external consultant. 

 

Peter spent the first 13 years of his career in ICI, a global chemical company, working in a wide variety of roles from customer service, production planning, logistics and marketing before transitioning in consultancy where he has spent over 20 years working with senior stakeholders in global organisations to develop strategies and implement robust programmes. 

 

Examples of consulting assignments include group and business unit strategy, target operating models, new product development, customer acquisition and retention, operational efficiency, post-merger integration and divestments, and workflow management. He is also an accomplished programme manager managing the introduction of customer contact, workflow, and planning systems. Peter has worked with a variety of clients in different sectors including Sky TV, British Medical Association, Barclays, Citibank, Lloyds, YKK, Airbus, European Medicines Agency.

Peter holds a BSc Hons Physics from Durham University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. He is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing holding a post-graduate diploma and the Chair of the Levitt Group, the special interest group for Senior Marketers.

He is also a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Strategy, Resilience and Security at UCL founded by Lord John Reid and is the co-author of two white papers on ‘Trustable Software’ and ‘Digital Resilience’ and is currently look at the future for Preventive Health.
